As a general rule, the reviewer should preferably be an Associate Professor or Full Professor. In exceptional cases, a reviewer holding a PhD may be appointed, provided that they are a recognized expert or specialist in the relevant field.
Participants who fail to submit their paper by the specified deadline without a justified reason will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
